Founded in 2024 by experienced water professionals the Operations Training Team (OTT) takes pride in its mission to improve certification exam pass rates by providing accessible training programs designed by real industry professionals. Operations Training Team (OTT) exists to enhance wastewater operator exam pass rates through accessible, expertly crafted training programs. We offer multiple training pathways to help you prepare for your wastewater licensing exam. Your options include a 2-day in-person workshop, an 8-week online “deep-dive” course, and a soon to-be-released self-paced study option. Our courses are also separated into entry level (2 lowest level licenses) and advanced level (2 highest level licenses) to offer more detailed options for preparation. OTT-1 is entry level and OTT-2 is advanced.
The 2-day in-person training is $299 per participant. Pricing for the 8-week online program is $399 and the upcoming self-study programs may vary. Please contact us for additional information.
If you learn best with hands-on interaction and immediate instructor feedback, consider our live 2-day program. If you prefer more flexibility and extended study, the 8-week online course offers in-depth exploration from anywhere you have internet access. The upcoming self-study track will be ideal if you’re a self-motivated learner who thrives working at your own pace.
Our 2-day in-person and 8 week online course provides continuing professional education (CPE) contact hours upon successful completion. The contact hours may vary — please check the specific program details or reach out to us for more information.
